رُسُلًا مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنْذِرِينَ لِئَلَّا يَكُونَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى اللَّهِ حُجَّةٌ بَعْدَ الرُّسُلِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا

Word by Word (2021) Translation

Messengers, bearers of glad tidings and warners, so that not there is for the mankind against Allah any argument after the Messengers. And is Allah All-Mighty, All-Wise.
